When is the team sheet publcly available ?

For an upcomg league match, when does the manager/trainer know what the line-up of the opposing team is ? Does he have to wait until the players run out on to the pitch ?

Answers:
Under FA Premiership rules the team sheet, indicating the starting lineup and substitutes must be submitted to the referee 60 minutes before kickoff. Changes can only be made if the referee and both managers agree - A typical change is to replace a player that is injured in the warm up.
The opposing teams have to submit their teamsheet to the ref half an hour before kick off, and in the presence of somebody from the opposition. Although they are permitted to do it earlier, I don't think many teams do.
teams have to give a preliminary team sheet to the officials 1 hour before kick off. however this can change if a player picks up an injury during the warm up.

as fer as the public are concerned then they get it ASAP after the official or if your Jose you can name both teams in a press conference a couple of days before the game.
