What happened to the goalposts?

I can just about remember when I was a kid there was a football match at Wembley (England V Scotland?) where some fans where on the pitch at the end and snapped the goalposts.

Whats the story behind this match and did they ever find them?

Answers:
4th. June 1977 at Wembley Stadium in the Home International Championship. Following Scotland's 2-1 win against England (The Old Foe) the enraptured Scottish fans invaded the pitch, broke up the goal posts and tore up large sections of turf to take home as souvenirs.
my da claims 2 still have a wee bit of them up the loft
they were moved
They were broken up by Scottish fans and are probably highly prized souvenirs along with half the Wembley turf they dug up.
Scotland fans invaded the pitch in 1977 after beating England and things just degenerated from there.

Just think of all the money that could have been saved in demolition and clearance costs if the last game at the old Wembley had been England v Scotland
Teehee, that just reminded me of someone stealing the goalposts from a field close to my house.
