How do you do a sliding tackle (in football) and how do you do it without hurting yourself.?

Answers:
track the player untill you find a perfect oppertunity then go too ground without your studs showing bend your knees a little when you make contact with the ball straighten your legs and kick the ball out out play get up quickly so you don't get stood on! and make sure you are going to get the ball when the player takes a touch and the ball is out of his feet thats when to get 'im!
rub shampoo all over u and go for it
go to ground and slide
only the professional football player can do that.
it needs a special traning and special kind of ability
the most important thing is to get the timing right in order to get the ball first without touching your opponent or even before you get your opponents feet .. u just choose the right time and go to the ground sliding to push the ball away .. if you dont get the timing right , u will slide far from your opponent and the crowd will laugh at you . or you will get his feets without getting the ball = yellow card . might be red
Easily, how are you meant to hurt yourself?!
