Change the whole team. Get rid of the 100 grand a week pampered freaks, and replace them with the best young talent from the lower league teams. Then if they lose, at least they have a half-decent excuse, but I would bet my life that they would each play their hearts out and give their 100% best.

Yes! For years I have been puzzled at the loads of money these people make. Nobody is worth that kind of salary. Some so-called athletes are drug addicts and so out of shape it's pathetic. Give the hard workers a chance who really deserve it.
