Why don't F1 race winners get a wreath round their neck on the podium anymore?

Answers:
Because it is no longer allowed by the Sporting Regulations issued by the FIA. I think the only event that still has this custom is the Le Mans 24 hour race, which is out of the FIA's jurisdiction.
'cause someone found out they're not dead yet.
Because we're not in ancient Greece.
Because formula 1 is a farce now days.
Motorcycle racing is much more exciting and formular 2000 where you also requirs driver skills as well as a good car!
Scummacher is pretty good though, that guy should get a reef!

Go Schumi !!
No idea - probably because someone green thought it would be damaging to the plants to use the leaves for such a thing! Probably F1's contribution to looking after the world!
