When will football fans realise they are being ripped off paying high prices to support lavish lifestyles.?
Answers:
It's those who subscribe to Sky and the like who ruined everything.
Football on TV used to be free. Players were well, but not extortionately, paid. They often used to come from the area where the club was situated, and they rarely asked for a transfer.
Fans could identify with them.
Only when THEY can't afford to be ripped off. But you can blame the likes of SKY and selfishness in the meantime
i think when they realize that PAYING to watch sports is a great mis-use of money...coz hey..YOU CAN BUY YOURSELF LEMONADE
Maybe when the soccer clubs stop living in the red (in debt). They all are in so much debt. Except Man United. lol the red devils are the only team in the black. Quite ironic.
A good question and I look forward to reading some of the replies, I thought I was only person who class footballers as overpaid, under-worked, softies, give me a good hard fought rugby match any-day, where men are still men, and don't roll around the grass, when another player gets too close for comfort, calling foul
when they wake up
wen they open there eyes
Us Blackburn Rovers fans get to see certain games for a fiver! I don't call that getting ripped off, I call that value for money!
We realise it already mate. The question is, if you love your team and have been following them all your life what do you do? Stop going? They've got us by the emotions I'm afraid.
what about rock fans, politicians fans, actor's fans, anyone's fans. ? Oh dear! I just answered a question with another! Yahoo is probably going to send me a violation report like last night..oops
Its all relative. Fans wouldnt spend that amount if they didnt want to...
When are people gonna realise that people get ripped off with nearly everything they buy!
I take it you are not a fan but nothing beats being at the home ground of your team on a saturday afternoon with a big loud croud SPURING :-) on your team, the atmosphere is awesome!
