not a great deal apparently apart from wales being a 3rd of the size of england of course oh and our stadium is mainly for rugby which we are good at we only lend it to the fa for footie games

Not a lot of difference,a lot of Welshmen play in the English leagues eg Ryan Giggs a great footballer. Not many scotchmen,though. They used to and there were some great players but then suddenly English engineers found oil in the North sea and scotchmen started getting all stroppy and acting all superior and didn't want to know us..I don't know why? If the oil had been found off the coast of England then Englishmen would have said it was British oil,not English oil. Why can't scotchmen be like that and stop thinking they are better than everybody else. And when are they going to stop wearing skirts?

There is no Welsh football. I'm Welsh by the way but the first to say the team is pish. Big names have always played for Wales but never pulled it together for the national team. I gotta add though, that Wales has population of 2.5 million whereas England is more than 50 million so they have more choice.
Now the rugby team is a different kettle of fish - we tune those English butts quite often

Given the size of Wales I think they do very well to compete on the international scene. They have produced many fine players such as Charles,Giggs,Rush and Speed. Bear in mind also that to many Welsh people rugby is their national game and they are very good at that. Their premier league is weak but the Welsh play with pride which is something I feel is lacking in many English players. There is a lot more money in the English game. The bottom line is that England are expected to qualify for all major tournaments whereas the Welsh are not. The fact that England do not have a national stadium is irrelevant. At least it gives fans up and down the country a better chance of seeing the national team.
