What are you criteria for "best at martial arts"? What would set them apart as better? The things they have done for martial arts? The amount of movies they made?
You people need to start being more specific with these Vs Questions. Its not and NEVER as simple as saying. X is better than Y. It just doesn't work that way. If you were comparing a few people in ONE style, then you might be able to say something different. But even then there are degree's of skill with martial arts.

In a no holds barred fight Bruce would win in the blink of an eye! In the many street fights Bruce had he would use pretty much the same system. He would kick the groin finger jab the eyes then straight blast them to the ground. After that he would follow up with head buts knees and elbows. Now that not ufc rules that the rules of "The best with the most wins. He had the attributes to pull it off time and time again. He timing his power his athleticism. Remember he used groin kicks then eye jabs to make his entry then straight blasts (multiple rapid punches to remove the outer fighters base). Take a look at the Paul Vukak Rat system it is very close in principal.

Fighting has evolved much since Bruce lee's time. He would get his *** kicked royaly. Just look at the "bad asses" from 10 years ago:Royce Gracie, Ken Shamrock. They can't even hang with today's talent.
Bruce Lee definitely, with the knowledge he had gained with his studies in Wing Chun, Tia Kwon Do , Kali- Escrima which led to his new style of Martial Jeet Kwon Do the style was a mixtures of soft and hard forms(Particularly the 1 inch & 3 inch punches) He would definetly be the man.
