Whats your thoughts on gareth southgate and others on being premiership manager without qual.s?
i think its wrong i mean look at their results, if i went for a top job without qual.s id be sent to the door and told get the ness. qual.s first.

Gareth Southgat isn't up to it, he should had more qualification on managerial job.
I said this about Southgate as soon as the news broke he was in line for the job, the results are no surprise.
I'm in Middlesbrough and i can only think they were so desperate to get rid of McClaren that they would have given the job to the Hartlepool monkey.
Looks like they got something close in looks as well as ability.
