I think that David Coulthard has largely underachieved in his F1 career, he Drove a Championship winning Williams, but didn't win. He drove a championship winning McLaren, but didn't win. He then went to Red Bull, and in his first season really impressed a lot of people, however, he seems to have gotten too big for his boots and has gotten complacent.
For his own sake, I hope that Webber arriving at Red Bull is the kick up the **** that he so desperately needs - just like nearly falling out of F1 altogether was when he joined Red Bull - and he picks up the pace a bit.
I don't think he's rubbish, I remember him racing in British F3, I remember some of the moves he's made and some of the great drives he's had, I just think he gets too comfortable where he is - just like we all do at work - and somehow that causes him to lose up to a second a lap!
Coulthard is a pretty good driver in a crap car.

Not me, for the quality of motor he is in he has had some good results. That applies to his career in general.
He is well regarded by his colleagues and always gets a drive because he is technically sound.

I think David Coulthard is great, fair enough he has under achieved in his cars, barring the red bull but the length of his career within the sport should say something! I was jumping up and down at Monaco! I think he is a great ambasador as well as a great team player.
