Whats the proper name of the coil spring strengthening bar it has grips either end cant find a web site?

Your going to have to be a bit more specific.
Coil spring on a car or truck? The shock (in the rear) or strut(on the front) are inside the coil springs. IN the rear these fasten to the leaf spring.
In the front they fasten to the front axle.
chest expanders or some call them springs
