amir khan is a good fighter, he has good technical abitly and amazing hand speed, but it is far too early to start talking of world titles, it is puttig him under too much pressure. lets see him get ot 12 round fights, and fight for brtish and european titles before world championships (although he will probably be fast tracked and fight for the wbu title sooner rather than later).
i think he is good enough to go all the way, but he needs time and experience
