Why do I feel nauseous the day after weight training?

I've been training people for over 10 years, and it could be a slew of combinations. It could either be you're not breathing properly when you're working out.And yes breathing is important when working out. Or you're overtraing yourself. If i were you, If you're doing your own workout program I would take it down a notch or else consult a trainer at your gym. Good luck to you. Upon reading your other remarks, I would also say that it could be yoru diet. if you say thats not the cas then I would consult a doctor.
I don't know, but one time my son was working out at the gym. When he got home, he threw up all over the walls and door to the bathroom.
Depends on your age. It could be a lot of things including dehydration, heart condition. Please go have a physical.
Lesson I have learned, NEVER eat bacon before weight training! Makes me feel sick as a dog afterwards! I'm lucky in that I isolated the problem, but talking to other people at the gym food is a constant factor when feeling sick after training. Just watch what you eat the morning before you train, you can eat anything afterwards!
