People of Scottish descent are PROUD to wear kilts, I don't quite know what you mean here. As for pink underwear we leave that to the yanks.

None of the Scots men I know wear anything under their kilts. They are proud to wear kilts which originated as a very practical way of protecting themselves with heavy material and which also doubled as a cover/coat. It was also quickly transformed into 'shorts' for fighting. Haven't got a clue what the English had to do with kilts!
