Has bramble been made newcastle's scapegoat??
as everyone knows already, titus bramble is leaving newcastle in january. but anyone else agree he has been made a scapegoat for newcastle's problems and the fact that they can't score goals to save their lives. fair enough he hasn't played his best but neither have the rest of the team and if they were to start turning chances into goals and score 2 or 3, it wouldn't really matter if they let in 1 would it?

I think he has gone backwards . he looked a really good prospect when Newcastle bought him
He sometimes plays well sometimes dosen't but that seems to depend on who he is playing with. He played really well alongside Woodgate and seemed to be more confident but he has not looked the same since..... he is still young and can improve.
I think he needs someone of proving quality alongside him to get better .. he proved that with Woodgate alongside him..
So who's fault is it that he is taking the blame .... you would have thought Newcastle would have strengthened their defence to help them out
The thing is with Titus Bramble, at Ipswich, he looked to be the top bollock of young central defenders in England, he had the whole lot, but ever since joining Newcastle, his form has dipped dramicatly, he is not playing with confidence, self belief, and let's face it when your playing alongsode Jean Alian Boumsomg, that doesn't excatly bring your game either does it.
I do think that he has being made a scapegoat, but he hasn't exactly covered himself in gloary whilst at Newcastle has he.
i'm a fellow mag, and i do think that titus bramble is a waste of space!!..can't wait for him to leave newcastle. never before has one defender made so many mistakes and looked so useless and uncomfortable when the ball comes to him.

Everytime they get scored on its Bramble fault. One game they will talk very highley about him, then the next they will curse his name, personally i feel sorry for him, he is the scapegoat

The whole team are at fault they have got to vastly improve to try to stay up. Bramble does seem to make a lot of mistakes but it is not only him they cannot score for toffee. Come on the TOON
