To Liverpool fans what is the situation with Carson and Kirkland are they Liverpool players?
Answers:
Liverpool bought up lots of good goalkeepers, and these two are fine English ones at that. While the Spainish revolution is going on at Liverpool Papa Reina will be No.1 Dudek, poor bugger will be in his shadows. Though Dudek is reaching the end of his carrier, so one of our two great English keepers will be brought back to play for them. They remain Liverpool players, but right now their wages are being paid for elsewhere.
yes, they are out on loan
just checked the fan website honey they are not on the team listly so i guess not but who knows watch this space
Carson is now a Charlton player through and through, and even though we're not doing that well at the moment, he's a great goalie, and you cant have hI'm back! god can you tell im a Charlton fan?
Technically, yes, but they are out on loan.
They are both still signed at Liverpool, but Carson is on loan at Charlton and Kirkland is on loan..uuummm.. somewhere else!
They are 'owned' by Liverpool, but are out on loan to other teams to gain more experience and playing time, as they aren't really needed on the Liverpool squad as of right now. When the season is over, Benitz might decide to call them back up for Liverpool or keep them out on loan to a team.
Scott Carson is still a Liverpool player but he is out on loan till the end of the season
Carson is on season long loan to Charlton. Kirkland is on season long loan to Wigan. They are both `on the books with Liverpool`, but loan seasons are often a prelude to pastures new.
Carson I dont know about but Kirkland is still officially a Liverpool player. But if he stays fit till the end of the season his pre signing contract comes into effect and he is no longer a Liverpool player. Complicated or what!
both Scott Carson & Chris Kirkland are still under contract with Liverpool. they are both currently on loan with Charlton Athletic & Wigan Athletic respectively for the whole season.
