Agree that football needs to be more disciplined (like Rugby) and that players shouldn't argue with the ref?

i agree.if you argue with the ref then you have to move bk so many yards..so the more you argue the worst it gets for your team.that would soon stop the time wasters! i dont think they should bring in sin bins or anything like that because thats not football. i do also agree with the way red cards are treated in rugby! if you get a red card then you know you are going to be out for a few months in rugby!
What do you mean (like Rugby) I went to a rugby match and whenever the ref turned his back the players would whack each other.
I agree and I think that referee should have all the power that he needs on the field, one bad word and you are OUT!!!
i agree,they should introduce the sin bin into football.
also bigger suspensions would help because fining a top player is a waste of time.
most can easily afford it and a lot of the time the club pays it for them.also i think suspended players should not train with the 1st team,instead they should help out with the youth teams.giving somthing back to the club
In theory yes, but it annoys me that people say this from an armchair perspective.
Football players will do anyting to win the game, and with football it's physical, fast, competetive, pressurised and testosterone fuelled.
When me and my friends play football we all get a bit aggressive, because we are al competing and we all want to win.
So when say Wayne Rooney kicks someone out of anger and they say 'he should have remembered that he has to set an example to kids' that's the furthest thing from his mind. People are applying a rational argument to a highly charged competetive scenario where rational thinking goes out the window. When your team goes out I want its players to be thinking 'win, win, win'...not 'lets not lash out because I don't want the kids picking up bad habits'.

it makes me laugh to see these footballers circle the ref and shout, point and argue then the offending rugby player and his captain, who are twice the size of most footballers, will humbly apologise take the punishment/warning without no arguing!
Maybe if the sin bin was introduced to footie you'd see less of these childish antics!

I agree you. Now a days football is being mor rough evalute the cards of chelsea previous season(R-0, Y-16) and this season(R-3, Y-20) although season is not in its halfway. Players should follow the refree on the game if there is anything wrong about the match the organiser can take action. Football is being rough because of wrong desisions so they may use special technology for the game.
