If you cross the football in from the corner and it stops dead and balances on the goal crossbar, what is it??
Answers:
A miracle
divine intervention ..since the posts are round it would be pretty impressive
very very unlikely.
probably a fifty fifty ball or the corner will be retaken.
It would probaly end up another corner when the goalie trys to get it off.
A football with a strong magnet in it and a metal crossbar
what's this? wigan's tactics for the season?
A bloody miracle I would think!
this my friend would be a game of football in another dimension
ummmmmmmmmmmm.. i highly doubt that that would ever, EVER happen
If you cross the football in from the corner and it stops dead and balances on the goal "LINE", what is it??
Atleast thats what i think you mean :)
Well the rules regarding that have changed recently, to answer your question it would not be a goal, the rules state that the ball has to be completely over the line in order for it to be a goal.
The referee would give a drop ball on the goal line ,
magic or a ghost or maybe you just been daft!!!!
impossible
MIRACLEEEEE
It's a goal kick, I think but due to the poor standard of referees these days it could be anything
DUDE! Could that actually happen cuz if it ever does, i want a picture!
its a punctured ball
A dream!
well if it was only on the crossbar, then it'd probably result in another corner kick.
. . . it's what the Americans call a "time out" -
so they can drink their coke, snort their coke, whatever it is they do with a time out - escape reality maybe ? . . .
A miracle
a dream
Its time to get another beer!
All of the ball over all of the line is the rule, so it's in play untill it falls off
probaly a goal kick and it'll never happen so dont worry about it
Still in play. Because if any part of the ball is on or above the line it is still in play.
Bullsh1t.
punctured
ball is stuck on the bar
Highly unlikely and I hope Sky have got it on tape.
