This would depend on if you are referring to Hamed in his prime as opposed to now.
Even if this were the case, Amire Kahan's hand speed is proably faster, more powerful and more accurate than Hamed at the same age.
However, Hamed arguably had the better all-round ring-craft, and unless Khan took him out in the first three or four round he'd run out of sting, and Hamed's greater 'boxing brain' would take him through.
Hamed though, has himself stated he would not take Khan on as he believes it would be wrong to box a fellow Muslim.
