I would say Alex Ferguson, he has been with the same club for 20 years, achieved a great deal of trophies and developed home grown players as well as signed some brilliant ones.

Current would be Taggert AND Wenger though they could both learn a thing or two about humility off Benitez. They are so one eyed sometimes it diminishes there achievements.

or you can look at managers like martin o niel(wycombe)gary johnson(yeovil) who have brought teams from the non league on a shoestring.
all the managers of the top teams have a fairly easy life compared with these.
