ive been told again and again that my son is an exceptional football player, hes a natural left footer has a very powerful kick and im told he can read the ball well,he plays for a little local team which he loves but everyone even managers from opposition teams say he is outstanding ,if this is his natural talent how do you get your son in a well known team, surely this would help him excel more

I don't want to burst your bubble but as other children mature they will tend to catch up in talent. I've seen it many times in baseball and other sports. you'll see a kid that is a great pitcher in little league baseball that by the time he reaches high school will be passed by others. Just let your child play and learn as much as possible while he matures and maybe he'll stay one step a head of the rest.
His favourite football team will very likely have a youth team you can approach them and get him into the junior league .... like Manchester City have a youth team etc.
He's 9 years old !!!!! Let him have fun with it right now.
Your son is only 9. Don't push the football thing right now. He could later resent both it and you. Just let him have fun and be a kid. If he loves the team he's on, let him stay there. Those are his teammates and his friends. Don't take that away from him just because you want to see him on a well known team. When he's older (teenager here) and he still has interest and natural talent, use that to get a college scholarship. In the meantime, cheer for him at his little local team. Besides, he's obviously excelling now if everyone is noticing his talent. Give some kudos to his current coach.
belive me,let him play with the school, local youth teams.there are to many outstanding talents that get picked up for accademies, that never make it.let him enjoy his football without the presure he,ll get at them places.in 6 years time he will be better as,no pressure, confidence, and above all love of the game.it,s a hobbie no a chore.
if there is any football club or accadamy get him enrolled, which will get him into that perticular team or club and thats how others teams coach will see him play. send him for the school team selection which is one of the places children get noticed and selected for State level and National Level
First make sure he knows how important his reputation is!! He needs to worry about grades and staying out of trouble!! The city leagues are probably the best choice right now, he is learning the basics. The Coaches from the schools will be watching and gathering info on players who will be stepping up th school sports. But no matter how good of a player he is, grades and behavior will always be the final reason a kid is or isn't picked!! They don't want a player who may or may not be dependable because of grades or suspensions. Their reputation will follow them all the way to college too!! My husband and I have been coaching baseball, softball and football for almost 10 years and we have dealt with high school sports, city leagues and jr high. Self control, and common sense are a big part of someones ups and downs!!
firstly don't push him.secondly get a tape/dvd together of his highlights and post to all the teams.the only way to do it.you will get a few responses if he's that good..best way.practical answer.
When a child signs for an academy associated with a football team he is forbidden to play for both his school team and his local league team. If he is genuinely good then he will be spotted in a few years by a club scout as they regularly watch schoolboy and local league teams. but be warned that out of all the young players that are invited to train with these teams only a very small amount will make the grade and in my experience the ones who dont often return to their teams worse than before and with little confidence in their ability. Give him 3-4 years to enjoy himself or risk spoiling any potential he has.
Pin him to the windscreen of the team bus.
sorry but you must leave it alone for now he is so young just let him carry on playing where he is and the scouts do come to games you wont know they are there but THEY MUST TALK TO THE TEAM MANAGER FIRST THEN HE LETS YOU KNOW THEY ARE INTERESTED also make sure they are a REAL SCOUT sorry but you have to be care full nowadays check him out call the club he works for ask them is he real they wont mind in fact they will be grate full that you took the time to call also get the phone number from the phone book and check it out against the one he gives/gave you
