Who is the tallest person to have climbed Mt.Everest and more importantly, what was their height?

Stephen Williams 7 foot 2 inches climbed mt everest on september 20th 1994
Everard Doorcrusher, 6ft 9in. scaled Everest in 1982 to celebrate Sadam Husseins victory in Iraqs elections. He tried it the following year, but has not been seen since.
Sorry to say I don't know, but I had to let you know I think it's an odd but fun question. I'l be keeping an eye out for the answer. My guess would be Ed Hillary, (that could just be as he looked tall next to Tensing) but there have been so many lesser known climbers since.
