Answers:

Everyone want to be English thats why
I don't know. Why does Toyota use a man wearing a sombrero as their logo?
Do you mean why is the Barcelona logo part of the EnGerlund Flag?
probably because the club was founded by a group of swiss, english, and calatan football players. Here is a reference at wikipedia. It's in the 1st paragraph.

by the way, the person above me, england's flag IS st. george's cross.
You wish.
if you look at ac milan, it's also got a st george's cross in its logo, as it too was founded by ex pats from england. Maybe more interestingly, as they originally planned to play football in winter and cricket in summer, ac milan also has three stumps in its crest. Obviously the cricket died out but the badge stayed. Loads of continental clubs were started or were helped by ex pats. Juventus play in black and white stripes because notts county donated some jerseys for them
it's a cross
On 22nd October 1899 a man named Joan Gamper placed an advert the the newspaper Los Desportes declaring his wish to form a football club.
It was a mix of English, Swiss and Catalan that answered the advert and the team became F.C Barca.
The club crest actually represents the colours of all the original founders. The St. George cross for the English, the Catalan flag for the Catalans. Gamper used the colours of his beloved F.C Basle as the colours for the home strip which is also featured on the crest.
I hope this answers your question.
