Innsbruck (Tivoli-Neu, 30,000 capacity, three group matches);
Klagenfurt (Waidmannsdorf-Stadion, 30,000, three group matches);
Salzburg (Wals-Siezenheim, 32,700, three group matches);
Ernst-Happel-Stadion (Vienna, 50,000, seven matches, including one semi-final and the final).
Switzerland
Basle (St. Jakob-Park, 42,500, six matches, including the opening match and one semi-final);
Berne (Stade de Suisse Wankdorf, 32,000, three group matches);
Geneva (Stade de Genève, 31,500, three group matches);
Zürich (Letzigrund Stadion, 31,500, three group matches).
Qualifying competition
The qualifying competition for the 2008 final round is due to start in autumn 2006, with the qualifying competition draw scheduled to take place in Montreux (Switzerland) on 27 January 2006. The final-round draw is due to be held in Switzerland in December 2007. Ticket sales will not commence before October 2006.
