Who is the guy that is the endurance king. record holder. uber marathons etc. his name is stuart ____ ?

he broke the world record he set when he was 30. he was 52(?) when he set the new one. the 'today' programme in america had lined him up to record him when he crossed the finish line, but he beat the estimate by days, or perhaps weeks. i heard anthony robbins talking about him this weekend at the excel centre in london. he was a student of social science(?) and went off to see a tribe (in the amazon?), where once a year they ALL run 70 odd miles in a day for pleasure. he knows stuff about the acid alkaline balance that the body needs. i'm a bit sketchy on info but hopefully this will help.
