On form at the moment yes he is. In fact I think he's the best midfielder in the world full stop, just imagine what he and Stevie Gerrard would be like together (it beggers belief).
People that say he would'nt last in the Prem are clueless he'd wipe the floor with the Prem Christ if Lampard can do it, believe me Kaka would with his eyes closed, walking backwards and he'd still score 20+ a season with 40 assists. Why do you think Shevchenko isn't scoring, that's right Kaka set up almost every goal. He was the best player in brazil at 17, the best in Italy at 20 and currently the best in the world. He shat on ronaldinho at the world cup and destroyed liverpool in the 1st half of the european cup final.
Without doubt the best midfielder in the world, strong, fast, aware, great finishing (far better than gerrard) great passing. In fact I cannot find fault in any area of play. He's the best and with all the best people he has a cool name aswell.

he is certainly fast becoming one of the best in the world, but still has abit of a way to go to catch up to the likes of Ronaldhino, Henry etc His strong points lie in his abilty to attack at speed and score frequently but defensively he is still quite weak!
John H gave a good answer above, but some of the points he made weren't entirely correct, about Shevchenko not scoring at the moment is purely down to a lull in form and a little bit of old age. Shevchenko has prolificly scored goals for ten years plus and its only been the last few seasons that Kaka has actually played in the Milan side. Schevchenko was scoring goals n goals n goals, way before Kaka had even played at the highest level. Also as regards to Kaka having no weaknesses as i previously said, defensively he is poor.
