You will be very lucky to get tickets for a London Premiership team without having to remortgage.
If you desperately want to see a London team play I would plump for Millwall. They are doing so badly at the moment that I expect they are giving tickets away.

I would have a look at charlton athletics ground, ok they are not the most cosmopolitan side but they do sell tickets on the cheap. 18 year Olds & under £5, 21 and under & OAPs £10 and £20 for Adult.
