Its a darn good one, i would never be able to score one like it. Dont ya feel sorry for the poor goalkeeper though, tripped over his own feet watching the ball enter his own net...shameful. Yes it probably will be the best goal of the premiership season.

Oh my god it is im no Liverpool fan but Alonso fired such a beautiful shot! That has to be the BEST goal of the season so far, top quality. Yesterday there was a runner up for the best goal from Robin Van Persie.

I don't think so. Van Persies (ARSENAL) was better. Even that had a touch of luck, but nevertheless a superb goal. Personally I think a volley is probably the most skilful of all goals. Overhead kicks are mostly lucky! Those long-ball goals are goalkeeping errors.

NO! It was a fluke, everything went right for him that was all, he may have placed it 'well', but Harper fell over (also that was his return match i believe), once the goalie's down a kid could score the shot.
Peter Crouch's goal against Galatasaray was the best of this season. He is also from Liverpool.

Robin Van Persie against Charlton was the best goal i've seen for many seasons in any division. i hate arsenal but u gotta giv it up for Van Persie....what a strike.
