Can you help with my work out?
OK I've been going to the gym regularly now for 6 months and am getting the results I want (weight gains and increased definition without getting too ripped). I'm quite a small build naturally so wasn't expecting amazing results however I really am disappointed with my arms. My back, chest and abs have come along great and, while the definition on my arms is good, they still look extremely narrow when I look down at them- however from the sides they look well developed and I'm pleased with them. Any idea how to improve the top-down width and general circumference?

Don't listen to idiots telling you to take steroid that are expensive, unnecessary, and harmful. Take a light bar, just 12lbs, and start to curl it, to music. Build up to five solid minutes - bet you can't do that straight off! And when you can't curl any more, press it behind your neck, as many times as you can, until failure, then hammer-curl (over-grip curl) it until you are nearly dropping it again, then press it in front of you. Repeat this killer work-out daily.
When you can keep that bar moving for twenty-five minutes, you will have aerobic fitness, well-established tendons, and a fully-developed vascular system in your arms. Your arms will be strain-free, and you will have the physique of an Olympic rower. They move a light oar hundreds or thousands of times over, and who has a better physique and fitness level than they do?
Chest and back are big muscle groups therefore they develop easily. Arms on the other hand take some time to develop. Don't do antagonistic exercises on the same day. Work out you chest, shoulders and triceps on day 1, back, biceps and forearms on day 2, and thighs and calves on day 3.
There are lots of exercises that you can do to have ripped arms. I am a pretty skinny guy, but I have bigger and better arms than most of the people. What I did was, do biceps and triceps workout twice a week.
Now, when I say twice a week, I dedicated both days just for arms. Also, instead of doing many reps, just do 10 and increase the weight as you go. You can talk to your trainer about different types of workouts you can do just to focus on your arms.

dianabol is a good starter taken with nolvadex. will create fantastic results, n cant get addicted to em ,
but u must stick to the guidlines , n never abuse them . try a 6 - 8 week cycle to begin wid n see how it goes.
y6ou need to go toy uor gym and ask to speak to one of the perosnal trainers their as they might be able to help you a personal trainer can help you with this and can help you set targets on what you wnaty to achieve and what feels right for you discuss all of this with him and you will get the help you need
1 dont use steroids i dont and i have big arms plus people get addicted because once theve done a cycle they lose the muscle so they think they got to keep using it,or they will stop training cos there muscle loses mass and they dont gain as quick,
