I don't know if you attend any cricket coaching / school stuffs. If not, then it will not be safe to try and continue finding more pace in your bowling. Fast bowling is a combination of natural power (what you do possess I guess) and proper techniques. Raw power show can make you entertain for a few days, but being consistent is the key to success. So, I advice going to any professional trainer, learning the basic steppings, arm position, head position and all those stuffs. He might change your action a little bit so that you can generate faster ball with same utilization of arm power. You need to learn pefect follow-through also so that you get affected to less injuries. These are all I can advice now and ask you to implement it as quickly as possible because after 17 / 18, it would be difficult for anyone to change the way he has bowled all these years.
Start saving for new knee's yours will pack in in you late fiftees like my father in laws..you have been warned.
how do you keep the bowl on the green at this speed ?
Your best bet is buying some excercise equipment, bit by bit on whatever budget you have.

Work on your upper body, your arms, your shoulders, your chest.
ALWAYS do excercises and stretches before throwing any ball fast as you can do some mad damage, I learned that from my brother who got a major shoulder injury in cricket.

Read online about techniques to speed up your bowl;

Good luck, hope this helps :-)
first we very hard practise you want & with out coach nothing practise if u have coach u can more learn & get speed is my dear frend u don't worry if u have getting speed less u don't worry about that one day u can such big bowler of our indian team my dear frend u pray the got & u will succesed bowler in fastest bowler in the world
tran tran tran you got fast little boy
60 mph is not quick my son! its goood that u swing..but u said u r short.therefore its hard 2 get bounce.and swing is less eddectiv for short hieghted bowlers.i suggesu u 2 bowl quicke..keep ur self fit n strong n try ball fast
Practice Practice
Dont brood too much over ur bowling action. Just keep throwing fire. For making swings try 2 find out the grip that suits u best. But again, dont experiment too much. Ur height may not b a problem. U r only 14 & there is lot more time 2 grow physically. Drink a lot of milk and try 2 keep ur body strong. Hope u will feel more confident as u grow up.
60 mph is a very good speed for a 13 year old bowler, but dont worry about trying to become faster. As you grow, you will naturally become stronger and faster.you will not reach your maximum speed possible until you are at least 18.

Just concentrate on enjoying your cricket, and developing yoor accuracy through practice. Speed without accuracy is useless for any bowler!
i used to bowl fast, i know this sounds silly but i could bowl my fastest when i was angry, i took more wickets as well
first, work out how the ball swings (i.e inswing or outswing) and roughly how far it swings. Then adjust the direction of your leading arm so that, when the ball swings, it is on course for off stump. GOOD LUCK

hope i dont play u, if u r from south manchester, ur my age
