Dennis Wise?
i've been a Chelsea fan since 1990 and loved Dennis wise. Am I the only one who thinks he's still the dog's?
Answers:
I've been a Wimbledon FC fan since 1973 ( and now AFC Wimbledon and NOT bloody "MK Dons" ) and I remember Wisey when he was with us before we sold him to you. He was an important part of our 1988 FA Cup winning side and I 've always thought he played his heart out in every single game. He's a top man,..just a shame he went and played for Chelsea.. And as for getting matey with Ken Bates at Leeds.well, I guess everyone makes mistakes!
he is too short !! jose is the man now
Probably.
My fave footballer of all time has to be the late Barrow-born Anfield ace Emlyn 'Crazy Horse' Hughes.
I don't trust men with eyes too close together although I used to think he was fit when I was 15.
Dennis Wise is a poison dwarf, he may be the dogs, but dogs what, nothing like mine.
I've been a Chelsea fan since the late '60s and agree with you. I still remember his tackle on the protester sprinting across the pitch in the match against Galatasaray, brilliant!
Also got a soft spot for Zola and Lampard though. And vividly remember the crush I had on Derek Smethurst!
His a good player.!
Great team Chelsea.!
Go JOSE.!
Yeah. He's the dogs bollocks. A nasty little 5 footer as they say in golf.
He's a muppet!
He`s a dick head! He doesn't have any loyalty to the clubs he managed,he just follows the Yankee dollar.
When he takes leeds down he will be off again to another club if someone is daft enough to have him.
He has let swindon down big time!
He was an excellent player, however he does have a fabulously short fuse, just ask his former Leicester colleague Callum Davidson and it remains to be seen how good a manager he will be. His time at Swindon conincided with new investors coming in and he may have jumped into a whirlpool at Leeds United, who are following the path of their near neighbours Sheffield Wednesday at present into Division 1.
Can't blame the guy for taking the job though and hope he does well. He does remain a favourite with the capricious chairman so he'll certainly have the time, which is not always the case with Ken Bates
I think he is a fcuking cnut.
He's a little twat.
Dennis Wise was never anything more than an average player who was too full of himself and believed in the non-legend of the Crazy Gang from his Wimbledon days always thinking he was something special. He was unashamedly over promoted by his idiot agent Eric Hall and his career just eventually faded away. We shall see what kind of manager he makes at Leeds. Not done much else up to now has he?
You are not alone, i met him at a wedding about 7 years ago and since then have loved him, i think he was under rated as a player he should of won more caps for england i hope he does well as a manager.
No way,
