there just as good as men-i played years ago and now and again and im better than most men but i think it should be recognised more like it is in america x
o and as a teacher i had my own school boys football team and got them to the semi finals-the kids reconed i was a good manager and knew my footy so they respected me and understood women can play2! x

The same I think of men synchronized swimming. it's stupid and somewhat disgusting.
I think it's totally fair for women to play football because even though they're diffrent from men, they can be just as strong, but you never know until you see them play a good game. Guys just think they cant play because they always see them as "oh i broke a nail" but have they ever seen the tough side of them i dont think so. So i think women shoul play football.

What the heck are some people still thinking? Is there any real reason women can't play football. We live in the 21st century and women do what men do in all walks of life.
I follow to an extent Women's football. I've been to matches as well. In Cyprus there's been a league since 2000 and each year is gaining more members.
So, I think it's good that they play and for the cheeky guys and those who feel they can't play go back to the 20th Century & stay there.
i think that women have the same right as men when it comes to football because some women are better than men at football. take arsenal ladies for example this season they have played 7 times this season and have scored 42 goals thats a great strike rate for any team

Tulip I think it is a thumbs up for ladies football. It just needs to be taken more seriously by the media so as to give it it's rightful place in the sports scene here in the UK.

intriguing, i like watching female football, they to get display skills that one would believe are innate to men, i feel some female teams can beat some male teams; they're that good!
