I think Keiron Fallon should be allowed to ride in England?

He is the best jockey the world has seen since the GREAT LESTER PIGGOTT .
He is better than frankie by a mile ,and he has won the derby unlike frankie

Answers:
I agree. I've always thought it was 'innocent until proven guilty', not 'guilty until proven innocent'. The Jockey Club 'presumes' too much.
sorry, i think he should take his punishment. i also think he should not be allowed to ride in ireland or the us. we are always too soft on those who are corrupt and cheat in sport and in all other walks of life.
It is a difficult one. Yes he is innocent until proven guilty, but equally if he were to continue to ride in England would the public have faith in him to ride to the best of his ability? It is not like he cannot earn a living anywhere - he still rides in Ireland and across the rest of Europe.

Winning the Derby is not the indicator of the best jockey. I am not a Frankie fan, but the fact is that he has never ridden a horse capable of winning the Derby. I'm sure that if he had ridden horses like North Light and Kris Kin, he would have won. It is all about being on the best horse on the day. Tony McCoy has never won the Grand National - does that make him a bad jockey? I don't think so.
so he should ; i mean what has he done? no proof of anything has been documented . to many people reading d. francis novels this could go on for years not that it hasnt already?
After the ride he gave Hurricane Run in the Arc you may want to rethink that second line.
I think he should remain on suspension until he's been proven innocent. If I was suspected of stealing money from work or breaking company procedure, I would be suspended until the matter was dealt with. The same should apply for horse racing. Stating that he can't earn a living is complete rubbish. Number one if he's that strapped for cash, I'll give him a job in my shop. Number two, he's not even British, what gives him the right to demand to work here anyway?
