What Would Happen If You Ran A Marathon In Fancy Dress?
What things would be different if sombody run a marathon in fancy dress?
Answers:
Erm, well, you'd still be running but you'd be a bit sweatier and look like an idiot. Along with all the other fancy dress lunatics, I mean runners.
They would be on tv and people who know them and who were watching would crowd around and tell you that you were on tv...well, duh, you were actually talking to the camera! lol
I love fancy dress if a night out or carnival lol and its something I would do but im crazy lol well everyone would see u 4 sure
if it is televised you are more likly to spot yourself. but if its a big heavy costume you might end up running with a costumer soaked in sweat
It would be cumbersome and would slow you down but you'd provide a lot of laughs along the way!!
You'd make ESPN's top 10!! plays of the week.

I guess it would be up to the person in question, I do`nt suppose you care one way or the other what people think of you, as long as you were raising money for your charity, which is what most people do when they run the marathon. Good Luck To Them All.
Some people do just that here in Australia. I have seen people in nurse costumes, men in drag and a clown in the City to Surf marathon.
That's part of the fun on the Bay to Breakers across San Francisco, and probably in many other races as well. Just look at photos of the previous year's race and see if you spot some fun costumes. If so, then why not do it yourself? One thing, though; you probably won't run as fast, so do it for the fun, not the run.

Dress may get ruined (ripped, diryt, etc.)
Running at a much slower rate

It could be done, but it would be a slow race, because the more clothing you have on, the more it is going to hold you back, with less clothing the body is not restricted in anyway, and your arms and legs are able to move more freely.
I dont know ask Big Vito from wwe haha he wrestles in a dress maybe he can give u answers or a good beatdown
ask the thousands who DO run in fancy dress every year in the London marathon....all for charity
u'd get really hot and sweaty if u ran in a big rabbit suit or summat like that, plus ppl will notice u more!!
