Can anyone tell me what each club dose in golf pls?
Answers:
Different angles. Some clubs are more for distance (1-5) and some are more for height (6-9).
Drivers are for hitting long distances and woods off the fairway.
Sand wedges are for bunkers.Pitching wedges are for just off the green and in deep grass ,weeds.Irons are for off fairway and light grass.shorter distances use 9,8,7 mid 6,5,4 , long3,2,1.
play tiger woods on ps2 or x box or pc
Well the higher angle its for closer shots if you have a 60 degree lobe wedge its good for 60 to 80 to 90 yards depending on your swing, the lower the angles the greater distance you get on each club, on my game a 9 iron gives me 145 to 155 an 8 gives me 155 to 165 a 7 gives me up to 175, and so on to the woods which gives me a 295 I have gotten 335 out of my driver but several things came to play it hit a dry patch and a downslope of a hill and the grass was dry so it had some roll. But rule of thumbs higher degree higher trajectory lower distance, lower degree lower trajectory higher distance.
It is recommended to go to a driving range and hit about 20 balls with each club to have an idea of the distance of each club.
go to a driving range and find out by trying them yourself you will soon be hooked on spoiling a nice walk with all the miscued shots
