You need to win 10 matches with a created superstar.
To get the million dollar man you have to get the superstar trophy.
Play 10 Matches with a CAW
To win the tough enough trophy u need to use a created superstar and defeat a number of people.

To get the Tough Enough trophy you need to win a certain amount of matches with a created superstar(go to the locker room to find out how many matches you have to win with your superstar).To get the Million Dollar Man you have to go to the locker room from the main menu and go through the challenges,once you've completed the hardest challenges you will unlock him with the Million Dollar belt.For every type of challenge you complete whether it's hard or easy you will receive a trophy.

create a superstar then win 10 matches with him
beat the game
just complete the season with a charachter linked with jimmy hart and hey presto
to unlock the tough enough trophy you have to do every match in exebition mode! and you have to buy the million dollar man!
