hearts seem buggered to me, personally if i was a player i would want to move to another club, especially after the threats the chairman is making to the players.

I have always thought the team was worth more to him as a shopping/ housing area maybe that is where this will ultimately end. He is not interested in football or the hearts fans.

The problem is nobody- neither Players or Management - are going to fall in line with his Authoritarian approach and their is nobody out there with either the desire or the money to get him out. He needs to get his face out of the coaching and playing side and if he is unhappy at the end of the season then do something at that time. The fans want a winning team and the Nationality of the Players is probably not an issue at the moment.The way he is going it will not only be Managers as already some of the Players are making their feelings known and they will merely go through the motions or get out a.s.a.p.
I feel quite sorry for Hearts in away, but the got what they deserved.

The irony is that the previous Hearts Directorship sold out to Romanov because they believed that he would wipe out their debt, buy them new players etc.
What has Mr. Romanov done? He has transferred all of hearts 20,000,000 debt to UK Bankos (his bank). Is paying off the debt at a low rate of interest, therefore the debt is still rising.
He has brought in mainly players from FC Kaunas (not the manager) and is treating Hearts and a training club for his main team.
What has happened to the transfer fee for Rudi Scatcel? Was this given to the Hearts manager to buy new players, or was it filtered away into his bank never to be seen again?
The things is he is in with bricks unless somebody else comes in with in excess of 20 million and there is absolutely nothing that anybody can do about it.
Let this be a lesson to other teams.
