The manager is not able to get the correct formation for the team with the 2 new signings. Both Tevez and Mascherano are also not fully settled in. The manager is trying to hard to try building a team around these 2 players, which may upset the others who have done well last season.

I dont think tevez and Mascherno were good signings, they upset the chemistry. The Hammers also were commited in Europe and maybe have spilt their attention rather than focusing on the EPl like they did last year.

Its got to be the new singings, seem to have lost team spirit since then, the players a looking over their shouldler.
they think they are better than they actually are.There fans expect to much to soon still a championship club.one lucky season is not enough to mix with the big boys like spurs and charlton

i don't think the 2 new signings are helping i think there is worse to come when they get taken over Alan pardew will be sacked unfortunately.they played some good football last season took my team liverpool very close in the fa cup i was gutted for west ham to be honest the derserved to win that.i just hope thay can play some good football again very soon...
