Which trainer's to buy, retired, play tennis & aerobics five times a week on hard surfaces, knees have suffered
Answers:
Stick to either Nike or Adidas, you can get tennis shoes easily but you may need a different set of trainers for aerobics. Its probably best to go in a few decent sports shops (JD Sports, NIKE) and ask advice on them in there too. Look carefully, try them on and make sure they feel good ie don't rush when selecting them.
Also might be an idea to ask your Aerobics instructor for recommendations.

Just go down to your local sports shop and try some different types on. Get a pair of Nike air or something with a sping in the step

I usually buy Reebok or Nike - they are both very comfortable with a built up instep.
