I know where you're coming from, I'm 5.11 and used to weigh about 9.5 stone. I tried and tried to get a but of muscle by hitting the gym but it just seemed to make no difference whatsoever......Unti. I sorted out my diet, I literally had to eat 5 meals a day (not any old rubbish) proper high calorie, high carb, minimal fats, (some fats are ok) and back it up with a simple gym programme and now I'm a good 12.5 stone and am happy with my build ( I'm no Arnold but my missus thinks I look pretty buff). My advice is get some professional dietary help! It takes time and a lot of effort (and a lot of toilet breaks) but you can build yourself up no matter what your frame.
Well, genetics and body type plays a part in it, but if you just want to be buff, anyone can do it (if you want to be Arnold, well, you need the genes). Diet, however, is the main factor. Start eating.
The more you train the muscle the bigger it will get but my advice to you is to start with a medium weight doing very slow reps this will build muscle but also strenghen your tendents. Make sure you rest given the muscle time to repair after working it.
Eat a diet high in lean white meat and fish brown rice pasta and pulses and loads of fruit and veg. drink 5 pints of water or more in the day to flush out toxins too.

Good luck but take your time it won't come over night.
Definitely not true. Being thin not matter how much you eat just means you have a faster than average metabolism. I couldn't seem to put on weight myself for a while. I would recommend eating more proetins (meat, chicken) and doing more strength training as opposed to cardio when you work out. You should try to do few repititions of a lot of weight when you lift weights. This definitely expands your muscles. Good luck and remember being skinny is always better than being fat :)
Carbohydrates and protein is what you need, don't overdo it though build up slow, the way I've been told it works is when you lift weights it rips the muscle to make them increase in size.
No, it is not true, yet do you want to gain weight so your muscles will show up or remain lean and strong. Showing a lot of muscles doesn't mean that you are strong, it just shows that there are a lot of muscles on your body. That is where you want to decide whether you want to remain lean and strong or get fat with a lot of muscles that would damage your health.
in a word (or 3): anabolic steroid hamburgers
lol def not true, good training regime, try and increase the weight your lifting every other time you go to the gym, if you have no idea about nutrition stick to the basics - for every lb you weigh you need to be eating 1g of protein and plenty of carbs to bulk up and at least 8 hrs sleep per night (rest is as important as the gym work) or alternatly you can get yourself on the gear, decca, sustanon will make you bulk RIGHT up lol. happy lifting
