Does anyone else think footballers are overpaid for what they do?

there just kick around the ball and nothing more, thats not real hard work, Ive done real hard work and got paid so low, why should I do this, I ache myself , there uneducated, they nothing these people totally nothing, and I heard the other day hoe geroge best was going to be on five pound notes, was he a king? No and he drunk him self to death
I really do think its unfair really , real people are doing so much hard work , and struggleing even to say, and if you want to borrow a loan theres an interest , say if you don't have a job, and need an education , to borrow a loan , no theres an interest this is just not life really and not a law at all, god knows what will happen

Most people would say yes and generally so would I.
It depends on the club, the player and what he's like but some of them are way overpaid.
The only issue with it is that a footballer's career is only 15 to 20 years long maximum, so they earn their money in a shorter time and pay more taxes, so in a way, a normal person working for 40 years for example has a lot longer career.
Even so, the top class footballers in the Premiership earn huge wages, it's the players down in the lower leagues who mostly don't earn much more than the average person who are the ones that worry for their career the most. Imagine only having a job on a one year contract and your club releases you after a season and you have to try and find a new club. Not easy.
wait r we talking about American football or soccer(futbol)? soccer players do get paid to much, american football players dont becuase have u ever played football. its easily one of the most physically demanding sports tht takes hours in the weight room and hours conditioning and strengthing before u ever evn touch the field. i recomend u to try to make the nfl and get a starting position and thn decide if they get paid to much
