What is the best dive centre in sharm el sheikh?

Emperor - I've dived with them in Hurghada too.
They're really professional, fun and they had good boats (and good food between dives)
The DMs there were really knowelegable about the local wildlife and did really good briefings.
It's worth checking out Dahab as a resort. It's a short car journey away from Sharm but the resort is a lot nicer and more laid back. You don't get hassled while walking around the shops and there are brilliant dive sites there (the blue hole there is amazing - but only for experienced divers)
Anthias took me to national park dive sites! brilliant!
To be honest there are lots of good dive centres in Sharm its there main source of income, you wont lose out either way!

I've dived at sharm and Dahab, it depends what you want. thats in regards to accomadation in Sharm for instance if your a budget traveller (backpacker) the cheapest you can get is the youth hostel. But you have two of the best dive sites in the world yolanda and jackson reef. In dahab the accomadation is cheaper and you also have many great dives mainly all beach dives where sharm is boat dives. All good dives, be careful with the dive centres as they do get closed down i was told when there due to poor standards. Try big blue in dahab and cfun divers sharm, great crew. most of all enjoy. dave the wave
I'll second the vote for Emperor - have dived with them in several locations in Egypt and I have always been impressed by their instructors.
I have also dived with Red Sea Scuba Schools in Sharm and was also very impressed, but I would be slower to recommend them as I simply have less experience with them.
