What is the correct water temperature for indoor swimming pools in Ireland?

Who cares ?

same as anywhere else
it depends whether or not the leprechauns have peed in it.
if they have raise the temp by 10 degrees
It's a matter of preferance. We use farenheit, but 76 is a refreshing and comfortable starting point.
It depends on the activity. Competition pools tend to be cooler while pools for disabled people are warmer
The International olympic Committee (IOC) recommends a temperature of 26-27 Degrees Celcius for swimming pools, both indoor & outdoor.
So one can maintain this temperature to enjoy swimming the year round.

Thank you.
