i can -- it was soooo hard to learn. i practiced every day by standing on a raised mat and putting my hands on the floor and pressing that way. Once I had mastered it at one level, I'd lower the mat a bit. I would also do a ton of them against a wall. It just takes a lot of repetition. Also, if you aren't flexible, lay in "pancake" to gain the needed flexibility. Pancake is when you sit in straddle, then lay your stomach on the floor. Very important position for the press.
