Best place to Snowboard in Europe?
for begginers
Answers:
You could go virtually anywhere and have a great time as a beginner snowboarder. Make sure you go when the snow's good (book last minute and go where the snow is, or book for mid season Feb/March). Otherwise, of the popular resorts, Verbier, Val d'Isere/Tignes, Chamonix/Argentiere, La Grave probably not the most ideal for beginner or early intermediate. Have a think about Austria as the runs are usually less threatening, or Andorra which is friendly with smaller resorts.
france, but cant remember the name fo the place.
italian alps
swizeland

French Alps
Your priority should be 'are there chair lifts there' believe me, I ski a lot and took once my ex bf with me, it was the first time he was in the mountains and first time he tried a snowboard. We went to a tiny cheap resort in Austria and all there was, drag lifts and it was a nightmare for him to get up the hill.
Now I'm thinking serve the b*stard right lol
on a snowy mountain
Andorra, between France and Spain. Very good cheap shopping as well. You can actually buy a gun in the shops, just thought I would mention that.
French Alps I guess.
