Any ideas for a new sport to try indoors in London for female?
Have done usual gym, aerobics, swimming, but also done fencing, boxercise, salsa, belly dancing..

You can join a social team which is good fun and doesn't require a high level of fitness.

Don't know what you think about archery. That usually keeps me entertained through the winter. It is great meeting new people, all of the archers I have ment have been really nice! You can easiler keep track of how you progess etc. and it's a quite a relaxing and forgiving sport, just don't shoot anyone cos it looks like it might hurt abit!
