I note everyone so far has limited themselves to test captains - England also play One Day internationals, so you;d need to add at least one name to the list - Adam Hollioake, who captained a fair number of England ODI sides.. there may be more who have captained in the one day format only, but I don;t think so.. Abd Vakayil needs to be disqualified from the 10 points for spelling the names of 3 out of his 7 (he also ignored ODIs) incorrectly.. Plintoff???
