what u do is in the begining of the game therer is a coin toss...whoever wins the coin toss gets to choose if they want to kick of the ball or recieve the ball...then if they chose to recieve they would line up in the field in a way so they are ready for the kick and attemt to recieve the ball..if they chose to kick the kicker would kick it off to the other team..every time u run the ball past the special line you get six points..kick through poles u get a extra point...during offensive position a quarter back will have the ball hiked to him from the center.he could hand of the ball to the half back (running back) or full back.or could pass the ball to the half back full back tight end wide reciever or run the ball himself..every quarter has 15 minutes and there are four quarters per game so 15 minutes + four quarters= 1 hour game
on the defensive side they try and prevent them from getting a touchdown.or getting a first down...o and there are four downs per 10 yards after the fourth down u can attemt a field goal, punt, or attempt a fourth down conversion..the defense will try intercepting the ball, forcing a fumble, or just preventing the first down and or touchdown.well thats all.hope i could help
