Would you put a bet on a horse called Striding Snail ?

there is no such horse but if there where would you?

Answers:
i once lost £50 at ayr races and the next day there was a horse running called "fifty quid short" i couldnt believe the coincidence, put a tenner on it and it lost. Im not looking for anything called "sixty down"
If you've got a good sense of irony and were pissed at the time! Did it win?? lol
yer why not its ironic just put a small bet on and good luck hope it wins
nope.
i would not cause I am sure that names affect behaviour of animals. so the horse called a snail (if even striding) is doomed to have "snailish" features , which is not so good for the race (mildly speaking)
Absolutely, if it's form was good and the jockey was ok..
I don't bet much, but you can't just bet on a horse because of it's name. Although a lot of folk do..
Yep, the safest bet I ever made!!
i'd bet that he'd lose
I wouldn't put a bet on even if it was called rocket
If my handicapping shows he has a decent chance and the odds are right I sure would.
If it was a good horse, course I would.
if he had good odds, yes. the names of the racehorses don't tell you how good the horse is, it's the odds!
lol if the horse had nice quick but even paces then yeah
i like your sense of humour
