Y do gals always complain bout periods?

coz they are horrible and painful! Can you imagine bleeding for a week every month?? You have major cramps, sore legs, sore back and sore stomachs!

Well lets see you are bleeding for a few days, you have cramps some times very painful, you retain water so you feel fat and men blame everything on a period and seem to know alot about them even though they have never had one.
Because not only do you have to deal with the obvious inconveinece but a lot of women get the worst hormonal problems which can make them feel depressed and also make them want to kill everyone around them! :o)
i agree woman are lucky they only have it once a month every morning i wake up with these killer crap cramps and have to crap and it bleeds almost everytime (i guess i need more fiber) so what i have to endue everyday woman have to put up with 4 days out of a month i have no sympathy for them you want pain walk a mile in my shoes otherwise enough with the b i t c h i n g women.

your a male i take it then. Try haveing a period its like getting your insides churned around in the most painful way. And yes we do become moody with the pain and something called hormones goes into over drive which means we could kill men and maybe even get away with it. If you where bleeding like a pig for 5 days and feeling bloated and sweaty i am sure you would have something to moan about also.
Because they are a pain in the ar.se . . . . But do you know any other species to bleed for a week without dying !!?? so we are allowed to complain :-)

i think if you bled all over the place and had period pains and back ache and pmt you'd complain too! we don't like pmt either, perhaps u think we like to moan and be depressed. it's not something we have a choice over. maybe when you've grown up and know a thing or 2 about puberty and wombs and cervixes and stuff u could ask a decent question? but that's only when/if you grow up.

Imagine how it feels to be in so much pain that you just can't function and the only way out is to knock yourself out with ever stronger pain killers each month and go to bed? But there is no relief when you get to bed and all you can do is roll around in agony. Then you are forced ' cos you are bleeding all over the place and need to clean yourself up. men just have no idea what its like. I dread it each month but my hubby gets me through it with hotties and hugs.

In actual fact, I think the question asked is a genuinely really good one (although it could have been typed with a little more feeling rather than sarcasm!)
I knew it is really crappy but never really knew how much and I did try and ask my gf once about it - just to try to understand what she was going through but she just reacted in pretty much the same way as all the answers on here and ripped my head off!
I actually care so much for her (maybe that's surprising in this day and age) and was genuinly interested in what it was like so I could maybe just make her feel a bit less crappy but she just doesnt have any of it. I get totally shut out of her life for a week in every month! THAT SUCKS TOO from my point of view! :o(
